Course Overview

The one-year online International Diploma in Education, Teaching and Learning program's objective is to acquaint practicing teachers and aspiring educators with educational theory and practices so they can more effectively recognize and promptly adjust to the specific learning requirements of 21st-century learners.

 

The program is broken up into four well prepared three-month semesters. The foundational mandatory courses, which focus on Educational Psychology, Theories of Learning, Differentiated Teaching Approaches and Methods, Assessment, Evaluation in Differentiated Learning, Classroom Management, and Material Development, are divided into the first and second semesters. During semesters three and four, you will be able to select two of the five available specialized areas: teaching pre-primary–secondary, early childhood, Montessori, or special education.
